1.1 Orders cancellation fee – orders with standard cancellation and change fee
The following cancellation conditions apply to our regular travel bookings and are in accordance with our vendor’s terms and conditions.
The fee is passenger specific. On a multi-passenger order, each passenger is charged a cancellation fee according to the fee option he/she has selected.
1.1.1 Cancelling 45 days or more before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of $20.
1.1.2 Cancelling between 44 and 21 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of $40.
1.1.3 Cancelling between 20 and 7 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 50% of the total order value.
1.1.4 Cancelling between 6 and 3 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 75% of the total order value.
1.1.5 Cancelling less than 3 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of 95% of the total order value.
Please, do note that:
A. In case of bank transfer/post costs, the amount will be added to the above-mentioned fee.
2. Orders including travel insurance
If your order includes a health travel insurance, you are entitled to the Medical health insurance refund except for non-refundable costs, e.g., performance tickets, flight tickets, train tickets, pre-paid services, quarantine costs, transfer costs etc., based on the US law of Package travel.
In particular, if you fall ill / have an accident during the trip: the insurance will cover the costs of treatment and any medical fees up to the agreed amount discussed during booking when terms and conditions are read and agreed upon and when the proper documents are given.
In case of illness/accidents during the trip, we will require your medical certificate from the local hospital/doctor, including the traveller’s full name and dates of document creation and any associated invoices. The document must be provided in English.
3. Orders including flight tickets
If you have booked your flight tickets through AlexPCustomTravel LLC, and the flight is cancelled or rescheduled causing delays of 12 hours or more, AlexPCustomTravel LLC will do the following:
3.1 Refund the cost of the flight ticket and of the trip if you would like to cancel your reservation, unless otherwise specified in vendor terms and conditions.
3.2 Alternatively, offer a replacement trip with the next flight, depending on the rescheduling options available to the flight company we have used.
3.3 Compensate the client for the missing parts of the package journey, with the following exceptions:
3.3.1 If the airline cancels the flight in the absence of genuine force majeure, such as a terrorist attack, a strike or adverse weather conditions, you are entitled to seek compensation directly from the flight company through the FAA aviation authorities.
3.3.2 If you have booked the connecting flight ticket independently, AlexPCustomTravel LLC is not responsible for any costs resulting from the cancellation of the flight. These include costs of the cancelled flight, the missed package tour and the costs of postponing and rescheduling your trip.
4. Orders cancellation procedure
4.1 Cancellations are registered on working days only: Mon–Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 PM (EST), excluding US national holidays. Package change terms are applied from the date AlexPCustomTravel LLC reads the notification by e-mail to info@alexpcustomtravel.com.Requests received outside of the working hours will be registered the next working day, and fees corresponding to the registration date will apply.
4.2 the orders are refunded to the same payment method used for the order payment:
A- orders paid by credit or debit card are refunded directly to the card
B- orders paid by bank transfer are refunded by bank transfer. You should provide AlexPCustomTravel LLC with the following bank details:

5.2 Tour package change fee
The following package change conditions apply to our vendor bookings and are in accordance with their similar fees if booked independently.
5.2.1 Change to a different traveling group on the same dates and for a change to other trip dates, AlexPCustomTravel LLC charges a service fee same as follows:
5.2.1.1 Changes 21 days or more before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of $15.
5.2.1.2 Changes between 20 and 7 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of $100.
5.2.1.3 Changes between 6 and 3 days before departure: the customer is charged a service fee of $150.
5.2.1.4 Changes less than 3 days before departure: trip change is not possible.
5.2.2 Accommodation change, AlexPCustomTravel LLC charges a service fee of $20 until 21 days before the trip departure. Later, the accommodation change needs to be requested at destination.
5.2.3 Name changes are possible for free until 3 days before the trip departure. Later, the name change is not possible.
5.2.4 Other our package changes (not stated here above in sections 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3), AlexPCustomTravel LLC charges a service fee of $20 until 8 days before trip departure. Later, activities cannot be cancelled. Unless otherwise specified in vendor terms and conditions.
5.3 Tour package change procedure
Order changes are registered on working days only: Mon–Fri 10.00–16.15 (Local Time in Florida), excluding Florida national holidays. Package change terms are applied from the date AlexPCustomTravel LLC reads the notification by e-mail to info@alexpcustomtravel.com. Requests received outside of the working hours will be registered the next working day, and fees corresponding to the registration date will apply

COVID-19 Exception: If you, your family members living with you in the same household or a travel companion assigned to the same stateroom cancels a cruise booking due to testing positive for COVID-19 within seven days of embarkation, you and those traveling companions assigned to the same stateroom are entitled to an FCC for the amount paid to Carnival. To qualify for the FCC, you are required to notify Carnival within 24 hours or receiving a positive COVID-19 test result. Results must be presented to Carnival in an “acceptable” format – ie, a laboratory test record, digital certificate or healthcare record that indicates your full legal name, date of birth, type of test, date and time sample was taken, test result stating “POSITIVE” and laboratory, testing site, and/or healthcare provider details. Handwritten test results and photographs of at-home test results are not acceptable.

Refund policy-
You’ll need to initiate any cancellation or returns with the merchant first. If you are eligible for a refund from the merchant based on their refund policy, we will apply the refunded amount to your account balance and credit back all remaining funds to your method of payment used to make the initial payment. In the event that you no longer have that method of payment (e.g., you used a card that is no longer valid), we will work with you to issue an electronic refund through Zelle or ACH to your bank account.
If you receive a refund for less than the balance owed, you are still responsible for the outstanding balance and your monthly payments remain the same until your balance is paid in full.
Cancellation policy
You’ll need to initiate any cancellations with the travel provider first. If the travel provider’s cancellation policy allows for a refund, we’ll update your account after the cancellation is fully processed. If you are not eligible for a refund from the travel provider, you are still responsible for the outstanding balance and your monthly payments remain the same until your balance is paid in full.
